Returns and exchanges

If the product of manufacturing defects evident, if there was an error and the product does not match the one your ordered you can decide to return it. The cost made in this case is on us, and if all the conditions under which we can reimburse the expences incurred.
If you decide to return the product, because the size is not right but the size matches the order or because you are not satisfied, you can decide to return the product, we will reimburse the amount incurred, but the expenses are delivered to the consumer.

The conditions (in accordance with Decree 206/2005) for returning the purchased product are:

– Within 14 days from date of order

– Product intact and not used

– The products returned in their original packaging

If these conditions are met, we will reimburse the expenditure incurred. To start the return process, you will need to create a return request by sending an e-mail to, indicating the reasons for the return and the reference of the order. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide the information needed for the return.

Shipping: we will refund the cost of returned products if the conditions above are true.
The transport cost for the return of the products: they are charged to us in case of obvious defects or manufacturing errors in the delivery of the size, color or pattern attributable to the company Michele Lopriore. Shipping will be charged to the consumer for any other reason not attributable to an error demonstrable to the consumer.


We will not accept returns of items that do not meet the above criteria. There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
